Our Story
The Pacific Northwest has always been home for us. Both Alex and I grew up here — surrounded by towering forests, salty coastal air, rugged mountains, and skies that somehow always feel bigger. It’s the place that shaped who we are — adventurous, rooted, and always chasing the beauty in everyday moments.
PNW Moments started as a small idea with a big heart — and, like most good things in our life, it’s something Alex and I are building together. Alex has an incredible gift for capturing the raw beauty of the PNW through his photography — the places that make this region so unforgettable. And for me, creating PNW Moments is a way to help others stay connected to the people, places, and memories that mean the most.
The real spark for this business came from my Grandma Lynn. Not long ago, my cousin made her a set of photo magnets with pictures of her grandkids and great-grandkids. At the time, they were just a sweet gift. But when my Grandma entered hospice weeks later, those little magnets turned into daily reminders of love, family, and joy — bringing smiles to everyone who passed by the fridge. And let’s be honest… we all pass by the fridge a lot!
That simple, meaningful experience stuck with us. It reminded us how powerful it is to have your favorite memories woven into your everyday spaces — not hidden on your phone, but right where you’ll see them, smile at them, and feel connected.
