PNW Moments is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number issued, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you experience an issue with your delivery, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping Policy - the basics
We’re happy to offer flat-rate shipping anywhere in the USA — no matter how many magnets you order.
Flat Rate Shipping: $4.95 (U.S. only)
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we hope to in the future!
